How to Schedule

When you call to schedule your ride, you will need the following information available:

• Patient Name
• Pick Up Location
• Drop Off Location
• Does the patient use a Wheelchair or Ambulatory device?
• Does the patient need any type of Aids (e.g. Car Seat, Seat Belt Extender)
• Type of Appointment
• Name and Number of Additional Passengers
